THE YETI FIELD GUIDE TO FEELINGS

The Yeti Field Guide to Feelings has been designed to help younger children and their families with Emotional Literacy.

We want to help younger children work out what they're feeling using characterisation as a diagnostic tool. They'll learn how to 'tame' and care for those feelings, led by our yetis, using The Field Guide to Feelings.

Post pandemic there has been a significant rise in mental health issues with younger children. There are unfortunately too few services available to help, often causing parents to feel out of their depth. This App is designed both to be used in the home and by professionals, and is complemented by a range of supporting online printable resources and activities ready to purchase.
